If you complete our on-line “Register Interest” form this is created and hosted using Typeform.  Typeform is a provider of a service, and not the owner of the collected data. The Artist’s Window retains that responsibility and will handle your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

How we store your data

Data that is sent directly to The Artist’s Window via the methods above is securely stored on our cloud-based GDPR-compliant file sharing and CRM solutions.

Data collected via our Typeform link is only accessible by The Artist’s Window. On rare occasions, Typeform may be required to access your data to perform troubleshooting for The Artist’s Window, but they will never use your data for any other reason.

All Typeform data is hosted on Amazon’s AWS service on main servers located in Virginia, USA. Enterprise customers with our EU data hosting feature hold data in the in the EU. You can read more about AWS here. Typeform prevents access to information by any third party by encrypting your data in-transit (end-to-end, including within the virtual private cloud at AWS) using secure TLS cryptographic protocols (TLS 1.2), and Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) is used with a 256-bit key to encrypt data at rest including the backups of the information. All Typeform employees are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

Log Files

Our website www.the-aw.com follows the standard procedure for using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analysing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
